Engagement News

In New York City on 14 February 2004, Gord asked Susan Grimes to marry him and she said yes.  A 20 November 2004 wedding is planned.  The picture above was taken seconds after the Question and Answer, high atop the Empire State Building. 

Susan and Gord have known each other for seven years.  Susan was a family friend stemming to the days back in South Carolina.  In December they started dating.  The relationship turned into much more in early 2004, and they decided to get married in February. 

Susan is from Milford, Nebraska.  She has moved around the world with EDS.  Her stops include:  Nashville; Detroit; Tokyo; Dallas; Greenville; and Denver among others. 

The wedding is planned for Milford, NE on 20 November 2004, with a reception in Lincoln to follow.  There is another reception being planned for Denver, CO in early 2005.  A Fiji honeymoon is also being worked out.
