Past and Studio Performers
Mike Hoog performed several times
with JudgementDay in 2004. He contributed greatly on the Our
Wedding CD, and wrote the music to the song Love Song on Thanks
Mary. We will see him back soon when he gets back in the
playing mood.
Tess Dvorak performed on Our Wedding and at several live engagements in
late 2004. She was great for the band, and we look forward to
her help on upcoming recording sessions as well as live dates.
Tony Fiore played on Thanks Mary and
performed with JudgementDay in late 2004 and early 2005. He is
the owner of the recording studio where JudgementDay has recorded
all their work. We will continue to use his studios and when
Tony gets the bug to do some more music we will see him back with
JudgementDay I am sure. He is currently on sabbatical from the
band performing husbandly duties on a new home that he and Lydia
recently moved into.
Mike Gemborys was born and raised in Gardner, Massachusetts the "Chair City" capital
of the world...or at least until the furniture manufacturers decided
it was best to move down south. Schooled in the parochial tradition
at Holy Rosary. Took up organ lessons at age 15 and was inspired by
my teacher who was well into her 60's and willing to let me play
pieces from Kansas, Foreigner, and Styx. Enjoyed growing up in a
small city along with 6 brothers eventually moving to the
Framingham, MA area to work at a GM assembly plant where I first met Gordie. Started a band with Gordie called the Peripheral
Devices...nice name for a band of geeks! Graduated from Northeastern
University in Boston and met my lovely wife Joanne (Gordie's sister)
in 1985 and the rest was history. Happily married with 3 wonderful
children and residing in Clarkston, Michigan. Early musical
influences include the Beatles and the rest of the British Invasion,
and of course Bruce Springsteen. Hobbies include family catechesis,
playing team sports, and poking fun at the world and especially
myself. He played on "...the right sea test...so far" adding
some sax and French horn tracks.
Dan Dyke a new comer from
Michigan assisted with an acoustic guitar lead in One Rose and the
intro guitar work on Le Petit Mort on "...the right sea test...so
far". (NOT PICUTRED)
Also not pictured is Bryce
Boynton. He added mightily to the "the right sea test...so
far..." with keyboards, piano and percussion.
